We are expecting puppies any day now.  Penelope is due February 17, 2009.  But we know that we could see them soon.  She is eating well and is still as perky as ever.  She definately has a full round body and cant get in our doggie door from outside.  She can still make the one step into our back porch. 

Penelope joined the others to outside a while this morning but quickly came inside.  It's a little cold for a smoothie and expecially when your bellie is so low to the ground.  Of course there is a huge rawhide bone that she wanted to grab before the others came inside too.  Now she has her own but being cleaver enough to find someone else's bone is even more enjoyable. 

I really don't think we will have puppies today.  She is eating  and I haven't seen the usual nesting that is so common with mom's to be.

We have a waiting list for this litter.  Hoping for red smooth puppies.  I'll notify people on my list by email with info and pictures.
